Eco-friendly Earthpan II Skillet Review and Giveaway

I have been wanting to start replacing my cookware for eco-friendlier versions for awhile now.  So, I was pretty excited when I was asked to review and giveaway the Earthpan II skillets by CSNStores.com.

Earthpan II products are made with SandFlow Nonstick techology.  Their lab tests have shown it to last three times longer in standard tests compared to other green ceramic-based cookware.  They can be heated to 600 degrees which 25% higher than traditional nonstick pans.

Great Green Features
Reduced Greenhouse Gases - Lower Carbon Footprint During Production
No Toxic Fumes
No PTFE
No PFOA

My Thoughts
I used the Earthpan II skillet to prepare both vegetables and fish.  I honestly was surprised at how much I liked the skillet.  My food was cooked evenly and did not stick one bit.

We eat a lot of fish in our house, especially Tilapia which is my favorite.  Both my husband and daughter insisted it was the best fish I had ever made.  The only difference was the skillet.  Hmmm....I think I am sold!

The skillet is dishwasher safe.  Although, I prefer to hand wash my pots and pans and it came clean with no effort on my part.
